A: Phone reservations can be made at any time by calling ConferencePlus Reservations at 877 333 CONF (877 333 2663). When placing a reservation for a recurring conference, let us know the time, day, duration and frequency of your meeting.

Q: How much advance notice do you need?
A: Advance notice is not required. Our ability to handle on-demand conference calls for daily business meetings is one of the hallmarks of our service. Advance notice is required, however, for Conference Passcode calls of 75 or more parties or for conferences that require more sophisticated services such as polling or queuing. Scheduling of Conference Passcode calls of 75 or more parties is handled by our Strategic Services group, which is a special team of experts who work with you to discuss your special needs, offer suggestions in advance of the meeting and assure success with your special events.
